Zinc Electroplating (8–15 Microns)
We apply a uniform, high-quality zinc coating that provides excellent cathodic protection against rust and corrosion. The 8–15 micron thickness range meets most engineering and automotive specifications while maintaining cost-effectiveness and fast processing. Ideal for steel components that require long-lasting durability in demanding environments.
Barrel Plating
Ideal for high-volume production of small to medium parts such as bolts, nuts, fasteners, washers, brackets, and hardware. Parts are gently tumbled in a rotating barrel, ensuring even zinc coverage on all surfaces.

Jigging / Rack Plating
